Are you a hands-on Diesel Mechanic with experience in diagnostics, maintenance and repair of trucks, buses, trains or other vehicles? Do you enjoy working on complex technical problems, but also like guiding others, taking the lead and having real responsibility in the workshop? Then this opportunity in the Netherlands might be for you.

Xelvin is hiring experienced diesel mechanics who are ready to grow into a more coaching and coordinating role within a well-known transport company in the south of the Netherlands. You’ll work on advanced (electric) buses, using both tools and tech.

What we’re looking for?

  • A completed trade or education in automotive technology, vehicle maintenance, diesel mechanic or mechatronics.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant hands-on experience with buses, trucks or heavy-duty vehicles.
  • Fluent in Afrikaans (basic Dutch knowledge).
