We are looking for a Failure Analysis Engineer who is passionate about uncovering the root cause of technical issues and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic, international environment.

As a Failure Analysis Engineer, you will play a key role in improving product quality and reliability.

Your main tasks include:

  • Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on complex electronic and mechatronic systems returned from customers or internal manufacturing.
  • Working closely with quality, development, and manufacturing teams to identify failure modes and implement improvements;
  • Defining and executing containment actions to manage non-conforming products and support a smooth production flow.;
  • Translating technical findings into clear corrective and preventive actions (CAPA);
  • Documenting your analyses and reporting conclusions to internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BEng) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field;
  • Strong analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving.;
  • Hands-on attitude and interest in working directly with technical products and equipment;
  • Experience with troubleshooting at module or component level is a strong advantage;
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

What we offer:

  • Salary range between €3.500 and €5.000 gross per month, depending on experience;
  • 27 paid holidays (plus potential ADV days depending on the client);
