As an International Field Service Engineer, you will work on-site at customers’ locations around Europe and sometimes beyond.
You will be responsible for installing, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced machines, production lines and systems for packaging and sleeve technology industry.
You will become part of a dynamic team and have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies in the field of industrial automation.

So, what will you be busy with all day?

• Installing, testing, and commissioning complex machines and industrial systems.
• Troubleshooting technical issues related to mechanics, electronics, and automation.
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machines.
• Analyzing malfunctions and effectively implementing solutions, both on-site and remotely.
• Supporting customers by providing clear technical explanations and guidance.
• Collaborating with the internal team to ensure continuous improvement and optimal customer satisfaction.
• Training customers and employees on the use of machines and their systems.
• Traveling to customer locations, both domestically and internationally (up to 80% of the time).
