What will you do?
As a Lead Engineer, you are the central figure in our projects from day one. You ensure that technology, people, and processes come together seamlessly and translate complex challenges into smart, future-oriented solutions. Specifically, you will:

  • From concept to realization: Design electrical installations and systems and safeguard quality throughout the entire project.
  • Advisory and coordination: Advise clients and stakeholders and translate their requirements into clear, workable solutions.
  • Team leadership and collaboration: Lead engineers and modelers while working closely with colleagues from other disciplines.
  • Project management: Prepare budgets and schedules, monitor deadlines, and ensure complete project documentation.
  • Presenting and convincing: Substantiate your design choices and share them convincingly with project teams and external parties.

Who are you?
You are a Lead Engineer who effortlessly connects technology, people, and processes. With your knowledge and practical experience, you elevate projects and inspire colleagues to achieve their best.
  • Experienced and knowledgeable: You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field, preferably with experience in the energy sector.
  • Leadership and connection: You have proven leadership skills and experience managing engineering teams.
  • Innovative and digitally skilled: You are familiar with BIM, digitalization, and integrated project approaches, and actively contribute ideas for improvements.
  • Practical and results-oriented: You have hands-on field experience and can translate technical solutions into workable, future-proof designs.
  • Communicative and inspiring: You communicate clearly, enjoy collaboration, and know how to inspire both colleagues and clients with your ideas.
