The objective is to ensure the reliability, availability, and safety of installations and equipment, while carrying out maintenance at the lowest possible total cost. Continuous improvement in efficiency, sustainability, and cost control is key. Within the team, based on your expertise and in collaboration with the sites, you define optimal maintenance standards (best practices).
- Developing and implementing maintenance concepts (RCM, TPM);
- Analyzing failure data and KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, OEE);
- Optimizing preventive and predictive maintenance;
- Advising on replacement investments;
- Managing and configuring CMMS (Ultimo);
- Contract management of maintenance partners;
- Compliance monitoring (inspections, scope 8/12, NEN standards);
- Spare parts strategy and inventory optimization.
You work closely with on-site technical departments and act as a subject matter expert.
