To expand our team of maintenance technicians at our location in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician. As a Maintenance Technician, you will work in a 2-shift system at our production site in the Netherlands. You will be part of a team consisting of the Maintenance Coordinator, 8 technicians, and 2 trainee technicians. This team is led by the Maintenance & Capex Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our machinery to ensure their proper and safe operation.
Who Are You?
- A Maintenance Technician with a background in both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Hands-on experience with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery.
- Committed to quality and precision in all your work, with strong attention to detail.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with various disciplines within a project team.
- Capable of identifying issues and finding effective solutions, both independently and in collaboration with others.
What Will You Do?
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on our machinery, tools, and buildings.
- Analyze and solve mechanical and/or electrical malfunctions independently on equipment and machines, possibly with the use of PLCs.
- Identify and order technical parts and equipment internally.
- Supervise external suppliers during the execution of their work.
- Administer maintenance tasks and record daily malfunctions.
- Conduct risk analyses and safety inspections.
- Participate in project teams and contribute to efficiency improvements and solutions.
