Xelvin is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer with a background in electronics to join the engineering team of a leading technology company based in Eindhoven. In this role, you will use your technical expertise to enhance product quality, drive continuous improvement, and contribute directly to innovation and sustainability.

As a Quality Engineer, you will:

  • Be a key figure throughout the entire product life cycle, from sales and product development through serial production to end-of-life.
  • Ensure alignment of the organization with customer requirements and expectations and lead quality discussions both internally and with external stakeholders.
  • Ensure that new products (NPI) meet quality standards from the design phase through production. 
  • Drive continuous improvement and inspire teams to refine ways of working. 
  • Lead root cause analyses and improvement programs to address quality issues comprehensively.
  • Support product & process design decisions with quality input.
  • Work on supplier quality: assessing, improving, and managing supplier-related quality issues.
  • Identify major areas for improvement, take full ownership of those areas, and help improve the overall performance of the organization.

To succeed in this role, you bring:


  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related technical field.
  • Approximately 5-15 years of experience in quality engineering, especially within an electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with quality tools and methodologies, for example: 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA, JIRA, APQP.
  • Experience in supporting customer quality.
  • Fluent communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work well with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A competitive gross salary in the range of € 4.000 – € 6.500 per month excluding holiday allowance, depending on experience and results.
  • Relocation package from Xelvin: Finding the right new challenge, flight to the Netherlands paid by Xelvin, arrangement of documentation that is needed to work in the Netherlands and guidance from our housing consultant to find accommodation.
  • 27 paid holidays in addition to public holidays, pension scheme and travel allowance.
  • Holiday allowance of 8 % of annual salary.
  • A job with perspective. After the Xelvin contract you will be on contract with your employer.

Onboarding & benefits  

Your first house in the Netherlands will be arranged by Xelvin, with the help of our relocation team. Furthermore:


  • A relocation assistance allowance will be paid to you, to cover the cost of relocating to the Netherlands.  
  • You (and your family) will be picked up at the airport or train station and will be taken to your new house.  
  • Onboarding: we’ll advise you on how to set up a Dutch bank account, apply for health insurance, getting a Dutch BSN number, registering at a dentist and general practitioner and other useful or necessary cases to arrange.  
  • We organize a few social gatherings in the year with all Xelvin employees and recruited engineers.
