CAL Department
Here, through-hole electronic components are placed on printed circuit boards (PCBs) both manually and automatically. After placement, the boards go through selective wave soldering, quality checks via ATI machines, and detailed manual inspections. CAL is unique in designing its own custom fixtures and thoroughly testing every PCBA after soldering.
SMD Department
In SMD, thousands of tiny electronic components are automatically placed on PCBs with extreme speed and precision. The process involves solder paste printing, high-speed pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and automated optical inspection (AOI) systems. This department is essential for producing advanced electronics that power tomorrow’s innovations.
