We are looking for a Team Lead Process for an organization that is a major producer of substrate for the cultivation of various mushrooms, such as Shiitake and King Oyster mushroom, for the European market.
This organization is located in a new factory, that just opened his doors in 2022, in Heerewaarden. You are going to work with big and modern machines and the newest technologies.
For this organization we are looking for someone who can manage a team consisting of 5-10 employees, who can take ownership of the production process, sterilization, clearroom, fermentation and logistics.

You will be working for this organisation through Xelvin. At Xelvin you start working at an organization that specializes in relocating technical expats.
