What will you do?
As a Production Team Leader at our customer, you will be the first point of contact for your team of employees from various nationalities. You’ll be responsible for operations and the performance of your team.
- Leading a team of employees from diverse backgrounds.
- Ensuring streamlined processes, accurate planning, and achieving production targets.
- Focusing on the production of sections at the location in the south, which are then shipped to the location in the west part of the Netherlands.
- Acting as the link between departments such as logistics, production management, HR, and technical services.
- Taking full responsibility for the operations and performance of your team.
