As a Welding Operator at Sif, you hold a crucial role in our production process, managing the machines and overseeing the welding of steel plates, some as long as 27 meters, into long plates that are eventually rolled into casings.

As a Welding Operator, your responsibilities include:
- Creating welding connections using semi-automatic welding machines
- Adhering meticulously to the relevant welding procedures (WPS)
- You are accountable for the proper setup and operation of the machines
- Ensuring the quality of the welded casings
- Conduct checks and tests at the front end of production to ensure the program applies the correct operations
- Report production data and maintain relevant documentation.
Regular maintenance of production machines and other equipment is part of your duties to ensure optimal equipment functionality.
