How does it work?

01. From first call to contract

It all starts with an interview with one of our Managing Consultants. Together we explore your background, ambitions, and the type of role that fits you best. Once you’ve created your Xelvin profile, we present you to our clients and guide you through the interview process. If there’s a match, you’ll receive a job offer and start with a 2-year Xelvin contract, with the goal of a permanent position at the client.

02. Get ready to relocate

Our relocation team helps you prepare everything: from arranging your flight and housing to collecting the right documents, like your unabridged and apostilled birth certificate. We even pick you up from the airport.

03. Settle in and start working

We support you through all formalities: your visa appointment, BSN registration, health insurance, bank account, and municipality registration. You’ll also meet with our tax advisor and receive a full starter kit — so you can focus on your new job with peace of mind.
