This role gives you the opportunity to take real ownership of demand planning within a growing high-tech organisation. You will not simply maintain forecasts; you will be responsible for the quality of the forecast and have a direct influence on how the organisation responds to future demand.

You will work in a complex high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment, where customer demand can change quickly and where planning decisions have a direct impact on production, procurement and inventory. With a high level of autonomy, you will work closely with multiple departments and customers and play an active role in the S&OP process. This makes the position particularly interesting for an experienced Demand Planner who enjoys combining data and analysis with business decisions and stakeholder management.

As the organisation continues to grow, there is also plenty of room to contribute to process improvements and further develop the demand planning function.

You will join an international high-tech manufacturing organisation based in the Eindhoven region. The company develops and manufactures complex technology solutions that combine electronics, software, mechanics and advanced manufacturing. Its products are developed and produced for demanding international customers and applications, creating a dynamic environment with a strong focus on quality, innovation and technological development. The organisation brings engineering, production, supply chain and other disciplines closely together. This integrated way of working creates a complex planning environment where reliable forecasting and strong collaboration between departments are essential. You will become part of the planning organisation within a specific Business Line and work together with a team of 9 Demand Planners, supported by a broader supply chain organisation.
