As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high-end process equipment and complete production systems at customer sites around the world. You will act as the technical representative on-site, ensuring installations are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with Engineering, Project Management, and Service teams, you will play a key role throughout the entire project lifecycle while building strong relationships with customers worldwide.
Your responsibilities
- Install and commission industrial machinery and complete production lines at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system faults.
- Test, optimize, and fine-tune equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Train and support operators and maintenance teams.
- Prepare service reports and provide technical recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Project Management to successfully complete projects.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety and quality standards.
