In this role, you will work as part of a technical department and help keep machines, production lines and installations running smoothly. You will solve technical issues, carry out preventive maintenance and contribute to a safe, reliable and efficient production process.
This position is suitable for technicians with experience in industrial maintenance, mechanics, electromechanics, automation or technical service.
What you will do
As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for maintaining, repairing and improving technical installations and production equipment. You will work in a practical, hands-on environment where no two days are the same.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on machines, production lines and technical installations.
- Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic faults.
- Repairing and replacing machine parts, sensors, motors, pumps, conveyors or other technical components.
- Supporting production teams when technical problems occur.
- Carrying out inspections and basic testing of equipment.
- Reading and using technical drawings, electrical diagrams or machine documentation.
- Registering maintenance activities and technical findings.
- Thinking along about improvements in reliability, safety and efficiency.
- Working according to safety standards and company procedures.
- Cooperating with colleagues from production, engineering and technical service.
Depending on your experience, the role can be more mechanically, electrically or electromechanically focused.
