As a Quality Manager, you will lead your team through a period of transformation. You will oversee a diverse and highly knowledgeable team, consisting of senior experts as well as junior

young professionals.

In this role, you’ll;

  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of about 10 engineers balancing the needs and strengths of both highly experienced specialists and junior engineers
  • Drive cultural and organizational change, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and internal procedures
  • Promote a data-driven and fact based approach to quality performance and decisionmaking
  • Act as a bridge between departments, ensuring quality is embedded across the organization
  • Make sure your team is equipped, skilled, and motivated to meet the high standards we set for quality, safety, and innovation

This role requires a leader who can effectively navigate different stakeholders, challenge existing mindsets, and build a unified, high-performing team supporting the business needs while maintaining the quality standards and supporting cross functional collaboration.

You are a leader who connects the big picture with day-to-day execution and bring:

  • At least an engineering bachelor degree, master level is a plus
  • Quality Leadership experience in complex high-tech industries, preferably in the
  • Semiconductor industry.
  • In-dept knowledge and experience in quality and problem solving tools and techniques
  • (6Sigma, DMAIC, PDCA, SPC, 4D/8D, APQP/PPAP)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with proven ability on change management
  • Familiarity with quality systems and QESH standards
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken

The team is working for the production site and will safeguard product quality of our end products as well as in the production process by proactively monitoring production quality data, leading problem-solving activities, improving standards, analyze and reporting changes and judging deviations.
