As a Quality Manager, you will lead your team through a period of transformation. You will oversee a diverse and highly knowledgeable team, consisting of senior experts as well as junior
young professionals.
In this role, you’ll;
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of about 10 engineers balancing the needs and strengths of both highly experienced specialists and junior engineers
- Drive cultural and organizational change, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and internal procedures
- Promote a data-driven and fact based approach to quality performance and decisionmaking
- Act as a bridge between departments, ensuring quality is embedded across the organization
- Make sure your team is equipped, skilled, and motivated to meet the high standards we set for quality, safety, and innovation
