Assembly
Modules
Technical mindset

Are you a hands-on technician who enjoys turning individual components into a complete technical product? Do you have experience assembling machines, systems or complex modules? Then this could be an interesting opportunity for you. For our client in Eindhoven, we are looking for Technical Assemblers who want to work in a high-tech production environment. You will be involved in the assembly of complete modules that are built for demanding applications within industries such as semiconductor and medical technology.

What will you be doing?

As a Technical Assembler, you will work on a module from the first assembly step until the product is completed. You will work independently as well as together with your colleagues and make sure every component is assembled correctly. Your responsibilities include:

  • Building and assembling complete technical modules.
  • Installing mechanical components and subassemblies.
  • Connecting electrical components and wiring where required.
  • Following technical drawings, assembly instructions and specifications.
  • Using various hand tools and measuring equipment.
  • Checking dimensions, connections and the quality of your work.
  • Identifying assembly issues and contributing to solutions.
  • Working according to quality, safety and ESD procedures.

A complete module can take several days to assemble. This means that you are involved in a substantial part of the build process and can actually see the result of your work.

  • You have approximately 2 years of experience in assembling mechatronic products, machines, modules or complex technical systems.
  • You are able to read and understand technical drawings and assembly instructions.
  • You have a practical and technical mindset and enjoy building products from start to finish.
  • You have experience with mechanical assembly and/or electrical assembly.
  • You are comfortable working with hand tools, such as screwdrivers and nutdrivers.
  • Experience with electronics and/or PCBA is an advantage.
  • Experience working according to ESD procedures is an advantage.
  • Experience using a multimeter is an advantage; experience with an oscilloscope is a plus.
  • You have experience with or an interest in troubleshooting during assembly.
  • You work accurately and systematically and take responsibility for the quality of your own work.
  • You are willing and able to work in a two-shift system.
  • Experience in industries such as machine building, food machinery, packaging, agriculture/farming, industrial automation, automotive, medical technology or high-tech manufacturing is highly relevant.
  • You are motivated to develop your technical skills further in a high-tech production environment.

Important: You do not need to have experience with all of the technologies mentioned above. A strong technical foundation, practical experience and the ability to learn are more important than knowing every individual technology.

  • Gross salary of €3200 – €4200 per month, depending on experience.
  • Two-shift working schedule (14,4%).
  • 25 vacation days to spend time with friends and family.
  • Good pension scheme and commuting allowance.
  • Work in a modern high-tech environment.
  • The opportunity to build complex products from start to finish.
  • Opportunities to further develop your technical skills.
  • Relocation support from A to Z (if necessary).
