- Leading cross-functional collaboration between R&D, operations, supply chain, industrialization, quality, hardware and software teams.
- Coordinating engineering changes, redesigns and lifecycle optimizations.
- Managing lifecycle planning, roadmaps, stage-gate processes and gate reviews.
- Balancing trade-offs between performance, cost, lead time, availability and long-term reliability.
- Identifying technical, supply chain and cost-related risks and proactively mitigating them.
- Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders on long-term product strategy.
- Creating structure, ownership and accountability within multidisciplinary teams.
