As Project Manager NPI, you will be responsible for leading complex product introduction projects from the initial development phase through to successful series production. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards. You act as the central point of contact between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and other stakeholders, driving alignment throughout the entire product lifecycle. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, mitigate risks, and facilitate collaboration will be critical to the success of the projects under your responsibility.
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from development through industrialization and production ramp-up.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure project execution aligns with agreed quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Drive structured decision-making and support problem-solving activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Organize and lead project meetings, status updates, and management reviews.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.
