As Project Manager NPI, you will be responsible for leading complex product introduction projects from the initial development phase through to successful series production. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards. You act as the central point of contact between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and other stakeholders, driving alignment throughout the entire product lifecycle. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, mitigate risks, and facilitate collaboration will be critical to the success of the projects under your responsibility.

  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from development through industrialization and production ramp-up.
  • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks.
  • Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure project execution aligns with agreed quality, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Drive structured decision-making and support problem-solving activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Organize and lead project meetings, status updates, and management reviews.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in project management within a high-tech manufacturing or product development environment.
  • Proven experience with New Product Introduction (NPI), product industrialization, or product lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of multidisciplinary engineering environments involving hardware, software, and manufacturing.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and risk management skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

  • 1 year Xelvin contract including competitive salary, holiday allowance, paid holidays and pension
  • A competitive gross salary in the range of € 4.500 – €7.000 / month (full-time), depending on experience and results
  • Relocation package from Xelvin: Finding the right new challenge, flight to the Netherlands paid by Xelvin, arrangement of documentation that is needed to work in the Netherlands and guidance from our housing consultant to find accommodation
  • 25 paid holidays in addition to public holidays
  • Holiday allowances of 8% of yearly salary
