About the role

Our client is a leading supplier of highly engineered precision components used in advanced technological applications. Operating within the global semiconductor supply chain, the company develops and manufactures critical products that contribute to some of the world’s most innovative technologies.

As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of approximately ten quality professionals, ranging from experienced specialists to ambitious junior engineers. You will ensure product and process quality standards are maintained while driving organizational improvements, fostering collaboration, and strengthening a culture of operational excellence.

To succeed in this position, you bring:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
  • Proven leadership experience within quality management in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
  • Experience within the semiconductor industry or a similarly demanding technical sector.
  • Strong knowledge of quality methodologies and continuous improvement tools such as Six Sigma, DMAIC, PDCA, SPC, 8D, APQP, and PPAP.
  • Experience with quality management systems and QESH standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational development.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
