Who supports me during the application process?
Your recruiter or Managing Consultant will guide you throughout the process. They’ll help you prepare for interviews and provide practical tips to help you perform at your best.
What does the application process look like?
First, you’ll have a conversation with one of our recruiters. Based on this, we’ll create a Xelvin CV together with you. We then introduce your profile to relevant clients in our network. Once a client sees a strong match with your experience, an interview will follow. The exact process may vary by organisation, but throughout the journey your recruiter or Managing Consultant will support and prepare you.
What if it’s not a match?
If a match doesn’t work out, we continue exploring other opportunities. Our goal is to help you find the right technical role in the Netherlands, so the process doesn’t stop after one opportunity.
